Cranberry-Orange Relish

1 (12-ounce) bag of fresh cranberries
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of chopped onion
3 tablespoons of cider vinegar
2 teaspoons of orange peel coarsely grated
1 orange peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon of crystallized ginger
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of allspice
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon of salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a Circulon saucepan; bring to a boil. Immediately reduce the heat and simmer 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
