Circulon is committed to your satisfaction. Circulon ScratchDefense™ is our best nonstick yet and is manufactured and inspected to ensure high-quality standards. We are confident in our product, and if it does not fulfill your expectations, we promise the original purchaser a full refund of a qualifying purchase of Circulon ScratchDefense™ during the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms and conditions specified in this guarantee.

Terms and Conditions:

• EFFECTIVE DATE: The Circulon ScratchDefense™ Lifetime Money Back Guarantee, subject to these terms and conditions, is effective beginning 04/01/2024.
• GUARANTEE LIMITED TO “ELIGIBLE PURCHASES”: This guarantee is only available for “Original Purchases,” which is defined as any Circulon ScratchDefense™ products that were purchased from Circulon.com, or via the designated call center associated with the Circulon ScratchDefense™ TV Infomercial that airs in 2024. The original proof of purchase must be presented to for any Original Purchase to be eligible for this guarantee, and you are responsible for paying to return the Original Purchase cookware to us. Please note the following exclusions from this guarantee that do NOT qualify as “Original Purchases”:
• Any Circulon ScratchDefense™ products purchased from any other authorized seller, and not meeting the definition of “Original Purchase,” is excluded from this guarantee. 
• Any other Circulon product that is not included in a ScratchDefense™ collection and is not otherwise an “Original Purchase,” whether purchased through any other infomercial or from any other authorized seller, is excluded from this guarantee. 
• This guarantee extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• To initiate your money-back request, please submit a ticket here. Once a Circulon representative or authorized party approves your refund request, you will need to return the product to the Meyer Corporation office at 2001 Meyer Way, Fairfield, CA 94533, within 30 days of the date of approval of your money-back request. The refund will be issued to the payment method used at purchase.
• The amount refunded will be the price of the product in the currency shown on the proof of purchase. The refund does not include fees related to shipping, processing, and taxes. 
• This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from State to State.

EFFECTIVE DATE: The Circulon ScratchDefense™ 200 Year Limited Warranty, along with its terms and conditions, are effective 04/01/2024.

200 Year Warranty Limited to “Eligible Purchases”

This warranty applies solely to the collection of Circulon ScratchDefense™ A1 - Ultimate TV Chef Set Regular and Deluxe, Skus K09714 and K09715 as “eligible purchases” made only at Circulon.com, or via the designated call center associated with the Circulon ScratchDefense TV Infomercial. The original proof of purchase is required, and you are responsible for paying to return the cookware to us. A purchase of a Circulon ScratchDefense made from any other authorized seller is excluded from this warranty. Any other Circulon product, whether purchased from any infomercial or other authorized seller, is excluded from this warranty.

 200 Year Warranty Limited to “Interior Pan Coating”

The interior of the pans and coating  is warranted, under normal household use, for 200 years, from the date of original purchase, with proof of purchase showing that your Circulon ScratchDefense™ Ultimate TV Chef Set, Skus K09714 and K09715, qualify as an “eligible purchase”.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use. Stains, discoloration or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty. Scratches by improper use - such as sharpened knives, are not covered under warranty. Typical household use of metal utensils, like metal spatulas and spoons, ARE covered under warranty. If the ScatchDefense interior pan coating is believed to be defective, you may submit your warranty request, proof of purchase and photographs of the product using https://support.circulon.com/support/home or the warranty link on Circulon.com.

All other parts of the cookware and sets:  Pan Body, Base, Handle, Lids, Containers, Tools etc: The pan body, base, handle, containers, tools and/or lids are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or normal wear and tear. Scratches, stains, discoloration or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. If a ScatchDefense Circulon pan body, handle, base, lid container, or tool  is believed to be defective, you may submit your warranty request, proof of  purchase, and photographs of the product using https://support.circulon.com/support/home or the warranty link on Circulon.com.
