We are confident in our product, and if it does not fulfill your expectations, we promise the original purchaser a full refund of a qualifying purchase of Circulon ScratchDefense™ during the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms and conditions specified in this guarantee.

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

  • EFFECTIVE DATE: The Circulon ScratchDefense™ Lifetime Money Back Guarantee, subject to these terms and conditions, is effective beginning 04/01/2024.

 

  • GUARANTEE LIMITED TO “ELIGIBLE PURCHASES”: This guarantee is only available for “Original Purchases,” which is defined as any Circulon ScratchDefense™ products that were purchased from Circulon.com, or via the designated call center associated with the Circulon ScratchDefense™ TV Infomercial that airs in 2024. The original proof of purchase must be presented to for any Original Purchase to be eligible for this guarantee, and you are responsible for paying to return the Original Purchase cookware to us. Please note the following exclusions from this guarantee that do NOT qualify as “Original Purchases”:
    • Any Circulon ScratchDefense™ products purchased from any other authorized seller, and not meeting the definition of “Original Purchase,” is excluded from this guarantee. 
    • Any other Circulon product that is not included in a ScratchDefense™ collection and is not otherwise an “Original Purchase,” whether purchased through any other infomercial or from any other authorized seller, is excluded from this guarantee. 
    • This guarantee extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

 

  • To initiate your money-back request, please submit a ticket here. Once a Circulon representative or authorized party approves your refund request, you will need to return the product to the Meyer Corporation office at 2001 Meyer Way, Fairfield, CA 94533, within 30 days of the date of approval of your money-back request. The refund will be issued to the payment method used at purchase.

 

  • The amount refunded will be the price of the product in the currency shown on the proof of purchase. The refund does not include fees related to shipping, processing, and taxes. 

 

  • This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from State to State.

    • Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. On this email is a tracking number. There will be a link in your email to UPS. Click on this link and you will be able to track your order.
    • If you have created an account on Circulon.com, you can login to your account to view your order history and the UPS tracking link for each order.
