Tomato Guacamole

1 large of avocado
1 cup of quartered red and yellow cherry tomatoes or diced tomato, drained
1 tablespoon of diced red onion
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin or freshly ground cumin seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons of lime juice
1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt


  1. Mash avocado in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with chips or carne asada.
