"great cookware, the bottom plate underneath pans heats very well and ensures even cooking temps across the pan and the nonstick surface works very well. Only complaint is I do not understand why they didnt place a full slot at end of handle to enable hanging on hooks. Instead there is a half empty hole witrh one side covered."

Can you use oil in them?
Although the skillet interiors feature long-lasting nonstick for effortless food release and easy cleanup, certain foods such as eggs are characteristically more prone to sticking. We definitely recommend a small amount of butter or oil to the pan for easy food release
Hello, I ask a question a few days ago, but I think I may have not been very clear. What I really want to know is the inside of the skillets, or cooking area, flat. I have skillets that have a raised center and they drive me nuts when all the oil or grease runs to the outer edge.
