We have a flat top electric stove and I swear every pan we have had would overheat easily and burn food but not these pans! Very happy with this purchase. "I really like the non-stick feature. So far, the pans are good, but they are not 'great'. The handles are so heavy that the pan does NOT sit flat on the burner. I have to improvise and prop the handle with another object to get the pan to sit flat. Kind of inconvenient. Other than that, the pans work really good."

"I have many pieces of Circulon which my husband and I just love! Some pieces are at least 10 years old and still going strong, they are made well, the non-stick is ideal for our use. I have a lot of pieces that are no longer made, so I am very protective of them! I have a previous 10 quart stockpot that I finally had to quite using, and was lucky enough to find they still made them. I and my husband love to make large batches of soup/stews so these work great!!"

- The 12-inch Nonstick Deep Frying Pan has a cooking area diameter of approximately 10.5 inches.
- I purchased this unit in order to make home fries. In the post, I have used a fry pan half filled with olive oil, in which I placed my chopped potatoes and onions. The instructions warns against using cooking oils other than just a swipe with a paper towel. Will I be able to make tender, crispy home fries in this pan?

We do not recommend the use of aerosol cooking sprays, as cooking sprays burn at lower temperatures and will damage the non-stick coating of your product.
