Poor cooking of turkey.
"Not sure why but with this roaster the bottom of my turkey does not cook. Yesterday with nothing under the turkey except the rack it was the bottom still did not cook 16lbs with very light stuffing. I had to turn the turkey over to let it cook. Why does it do this?"

- I know it says “oven safe” up to 450, Could it possibly be used at 500 degrees for approximately 30 minutes

While our Nonstick Roasting Pans are built to be durable, we do not recommend using our Nonstick Roaster at 500ºF as the nonstick finish is specified to 450ºF oven-safe.
