"This cookware looks really nice and the lids have a uniquely shaped handle that I love. Each pan has concentric circles on the bottom and they make it harder to clean - food gets trapped between the lines. I've used the stock pot twice and the bottom already seems discolored but it functions fine."

"We purchased a new Samsung induction range and order the 10 piece cookware set. When they arrived unpackaged the cookware and found them well packed. My wife loves them as they heat evenly, nothing sticks to them and clean up is a breeze. The lids fit snuggly and the set looks really nice as we got the stainless looking set. Would definitely recommend these to anyone considering purchasing new cookware."
They're okay but already damaged
"They are nice! I wish they were stainless steel throughout, without the non-stick interior. I already left some sweet potatoes on the stove too long and the entire bottom of one pan is discolored. I don't really feel safe using it in case the non-stick leaches chemicals. I only had it about a week."

"So far the set is great. We have not used it much yet so only time will tell about durability. The other day it was raining and instead of grilling the cheeseburgers I tried one of the fry pans. The burgers turned out perfect. Was even able to get a slight char on the bottom like they cam off the grill. Cleanup is fairly easy. It appears everything heats evenly. Not sure how eggs will turn out with the raised circles on the bottom. But so far very pleased with the set."

Horrible Customer Service
"Customer service with this company is awful. Between our package not being delivered to the correct house and dealing with them and UPS and trying to get a case filed, calling in for updates, writing for updates, being hung up on by Customer service, not being able to get a manager to speak with, being refused in writing to being allowed to speak with a supervisor, and finally being given a different product with less pieces to replace what was lost, I could never recommend this company. By the way, the "resolution" that they think they provided has nothing to do with my request to talk to a supervisor."

- Can you cook on the stovetop on high with these pans?
- We recommended avoiding constant high heat because we find that over time exposure to high heat will deteriorate the surface, causing food to stick to the nonstick coating. Circulon® cookware has excellent heat conductivity where you don't need too high heat, and most cooking needs are achieved using low to medium heat. If high heat is required, we recommend lowering the heat to medium to preserve the life of the nonstick coating and avoid overheating once the top temperature is reached.
