"I ordered a 10-piece Sratch Defense set that I've used a half-dozen times. Everything has performed very well. *One of the large lids was dented along the rim edge in the undamaged box, so that would mean it was dented at the production center and shipped anyway! I guess CIRCULON doesn't care enough to send out their best products as new."
"These pans are awesome. I ordered these to supplement the larger set I bought. Unfortunately the packaging for these box free pans was not sufficient and the pans arrived bent. I reached out to customer service, sent a few pictures and not only did a new set arrive in a couple of days, but I could see they had fixed their packaging issue which had been evident in the pictures. Great company. Zero hassle dealing with them."
"Love these pans. Nothing sticks. They are solid but not too heavy and perfectly balanced and comfortable. Lids fit perfectly. They heat quickly and evenly on my induction cook top. NO hotspots whatsoever. Well packaged for shipping."
"We find the pan to be of very good quality. Sturdy, but not too heavy. Cooks evenly with great heat dispersion. We love the silicone grips on the pan handles and lid. A competitor of theirs did not have this feature. The handles got extremely hot where you couldn't touch them. Returned. What we don't like about the Circulon are the grooves. Food builds up in those grooves and is difficult to remove without excessive scouring, which will ruin the surface of the pan over time. Made crepes in the pan one day, and yes, grooves in the crepes. Love the pan, if they were smooth. I say they, because there are two pots on this order as well. Loose the grooves!"
