C1 cookware is right for the price

"This cookware is sturdy and beautiful. I would have preferred a 5 qt vs 4qt sauté pan in the set but I can add one. What I am truly missing is the stacking steamer they once offered. I still have my old one but it does not work on induction so would love it if they came out with a C1 version. All in all the set is wonderful."

Great pans

"I bought these pans because I own several Baking Sheets which are great for cookies etc. . My 8 1/2 inch pan did arrive with a very slight scratch on the bottom, where I can see the shiny clad base. I am still using it as is (don't like to waste time returning items unless non-functional). Because of the "grooves" eggs don't "slip off" as in some of my pans, but the results are great."

You won't find better cookware!

"At 61 years old, I have tried many different brands of cookware over the years and I'll have to say that I have been really shocked and extremely pleased at the C1 series cookware. My wife loves them just as much! Definitely non-stick, easiest cleanup ever and they cook fantastic. They remind me of cast iron in that they heat slow and retain heat well. They require lower heat settings than normal non-stick cookware. Definitely use lower heat! If you don't you'll get your pan to hot and burn your food! We started with the 11 pc set and have since added the 7qt Braising pan, another 1. 5qt pot and 3-3qt pots. My wife loves to invite people over, can you tell?. The only suggestions that I could give Circulon would be that the handles on the lids get super hot and need some attention and a 5qt Dutch oven would be a really good edition to your line up. Y'all have done an awesome job and I recommend these to everyone. They are a great value, especially if you buy them on sale. Can't beat them! Did I mention the wife loves them? She's cooking more than I have seen her do in years! It's a win win!"
