"great cookware, the bottom plate underneath pans heats very well and ensures even cooking temps across the pan and the nonstick surface works very well. Only complaint is I do not understand why they didnt place a full slot at end of handle to enable hanging on hooks. Instead there is a half empty hole witrh one side covered."

Q&A

I have been using the full set of Symmetry for a while now (5 years?). All of the pots and pans show the non-stick coating coming off. What is the actual coating used? Is it safe when ingested? I recently saw a post that said you should immediately throw away and replace this issue- that this is very toxic. Hate to throw away quality pots and pans- but, need reassurance about the coating you use! Thanks-

Can I use metal spatulas and spoons on these pans?
We recommend the use of wooden, nylon, or silicone tools with this cookware. Minor scratches may occur; however, they will not affect your cookware’s performance.
Do you make a one quart sauce pan with cover that you can buy separately?
We're delighted to report that our Product Development team is currently working on adding small saucepan to our product catalog, based on customer feedback like yours. Unfortunately, at this time 1 quart saucepans are not available.
Do these pans require cooking oil?
Olive oil, regular oils, butter, and margarine are perfectly safe to use in Circulon cookware. We do not recommend the use of aerosol cooking sprays, as cooking sprays burn at lower temperatures and will damage the non-stick coating of your product. Additionally, the use of nonstick cooking spray will void the lifetime warranty.
Are they metal utensil safe
Please note that although Circulon® cookware is metal utensil safe, we recommend the use of wooden, nylon, or silicone tools with this cookware. Minor scratches may occur; however, they will not affect your cookware’s performance.
