Perfect for a large turkey
"The pan itself has nicely curved corners that helps with an easier clean-up. The deepness of the pan helps hold any juices from spilling over. The handles are big enough to use oven mitts to lift and carry comfortably. The rack is awesome. It lifts out of the pan with ease. The locking rod stays in place until it is put in the release position. The rod pulls out with ease and allows for easy removal of the side pieces. Clean-up is a breeze with the nonstick coating. This is a nice roasting pan to have in my cooking pan collection. I would definitely give one as a gift if the opportunity comes up."

"Only negative is the manufacturer’s written warning not to use on the stovetop which means no easy gravy or sauces from roasting. Nice and deep which will make it perfect for those dishes requiring a Bain Marie."
